- Conduct proactive outbound calls or emails to existing customers to generate interest in Machines’ products/solutions and identify upsell opportunities.
- Identify and qualify opportunities through leads generated at the retail stores and HQ. networking, and referrals. Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Engage with existing customers to understand their current or future needs, provide relevant information, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the RM system.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance arising from base management initiatives.

- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience in telesales and/or telemarketing. Previous experience in the ICT industry is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport and engage effectively with customers over the phone and email.
- Strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving performance.
- Familiarity with RM systems and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
