  • Conduct proactive outbound calls or emails to existing customers to generate interest in Machines’ products/solutions and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities through leads generated at the retail stores and HQ. networking, and referrals. Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Engage with existing customers to understand their current or future needs, provide relevant information, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the RM system.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance arising from base management initiatives.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align on base management initiatives and campaigns.

  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Experience in telesales and/or telemarketing. Previous experience in the ICT industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport and engage effectively with customers over the phone and email.
  • Strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving performance.
  • Familiarity with RM systems and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
