What you'll be doing- Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival
- Assisting guests with luggage and escorting them to their rooms
- Providing information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions
- Arranging and coordinating transportation for guests, including airport transfers, sightseeing tours, and other requests
- Maintain an effective communication and coordination with reception with regards to shuttle booking and prepare for shuttle pick up.
- To ensure company vehicle (shuttle van) always in good condition and update the service mileage consistently.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel's vehicles
- Maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving any issues promptly
- Adhering to the hotel's policies and procedures to ensure a seamless guest experience
What we're looking for- Previous experience in a similar concierge or guest service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Good knowledge of the local area, including nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work on rotation shift, weekend and public holiday
