- Process monthly payroll and manage HR admin-related reports for internal staff.
- Address and resolve inquiries from internal staff regarding HR and payroll matters.
- Liaise with relevant personnel for HR and payroll documentation and statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring all staff information is updated and accurate.
- Handle staff requests, complaints, and provide actionable feedback to management.
- Manage all tasks related to internal Human Resources and Payroll administration.
- Input and maintain data in the payroll system for internal staff.
- Conduct payroll processing, including salary, leave, and compensation calculations, as well as reconciliation for internal staff.
- Monitor and execute payroll activities to meet deadlines.
- Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of payroll to staff.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory reporting requirements.
- Submit statutory remittance and prepare year-end reports accurately and on time.
- Oversee general office management, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary.
- Liaise with the building management for maintenance, security, and operational matters.
- Coordinate and manage office facilities, ensuring they are functional and well-maintained.
- Act as the main point of contact for office-related issues and building management communication.
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or equivalent.
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 1-2 year of experience in payroll processing or administrative roles.
- Junior candidates with admin or accounts experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong skills in calculation, management and administration.
