  • Identifying hardware, diagnosing, repairing faults, providing software solutions, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Deploy, install, and configure hardware and software, and provide on-site training and support services.
  • Managing multiple cases and activities as assigned by following SOP and providing pre and post activity reports as and when required.
  • Able to work on an ad hoc or project basis, such as deployment, handover, standby, Go Live, corrective & preventive maintenance.
  • Managing maintenance stock with daily updates after usage.
  • Provide technical support to other teams with resolution as and when needed or assigned.
  • Following Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for proper escalation based on Service Level Agreement (SLA) by project.
  • Minimum Education: Diploma In Computer Science / IT or equivalent
  • Prior at least basic experience in technical support or a similar role.
  • Attention to details with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and punctual.
  • Able to work flexible hours including weekends; willing to travel.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Open for Malaysians only.
  • Valid passport for travel.
  • Physically fit to carry hardware.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm)
