- Identifying hardware, diagnosing, repairing faults, providing software solutions, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Deploy, install, and configure hardware and software, and provide on-site training and support services.
- Managing multiple cases and activities as assigned by following SOP and providing pre and post activity reports as and when required.
- Able to work on an ad hoc or project basis, such as deployment, handover, standby, Go Live, corrective & preventive maintenance.
- Managing maintenance stock with daily updates after usage.
- Provide technical support to other teams with resolution as and when needed or assigned.
- Following Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for proper escalation based on Service Level Agreement (SLA) by project.
- Minimum Education: Diploma In Computer Science / IT or equivalent
- Prior at least basic experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Attention to details with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills and punctual.
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends; willing to travel.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Open for Malaysians only.
- Valid passport for travel.
- Physically fit to carry hardware.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm)
