As the CRM Software Engineer, you will play a leading role in Convatec’s drive to provide a World-Class Customer Experience through Digital Channels. This role will be a part of our global team to support and manage Convatec CRM tools.
Our APAC GBS supports a hybrid working approach. You will be supporting markets in multiple time zones and some flexibility around working hours will be needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
Researching, designing, implementing, documenting and managing Convatec's CRM software programs (Dynamics 365
Working closely with other members of the cross functional team
Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
Testing and evaluating new programs
Writing and implementing efficient code for running scripts/reports
Determining operational practicality
Developing quality assurance procedures
Deploying software tools, processes, and metrics
Maintaining and upgrading existing systems
Attending to Agile Ceremonies
Training users
To be successful in this role you will have
Hands-on experience working on highly customized Dynamics365 CE platform in a development and/or administrator capacity
Experienced with PowerAutomate platform and creating automation processes
Experience in .NET, JS coding and SQL scripting
Working knowledge with data extraction, transformation and upload tools such as KingswaySoft, PowerAutomate or similar tools
Functional collaboration with Commercial, Service & Marketing CRM End Users
Knowledge of CRM Plugin Coding, XRM toolbox or similar tools
