Job Description:
· Responsible for generating new business and sales opportunities for the laboratory's testing services
· Understand the client's testing needs and recommend appropriate laboratory services
· Prepare and present sales proposals and pricing
· Negotiate contracts and close sales
· Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for additional business
· Collaborate with the laboratory's technical team to ensure client satisfaction
· Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Qualifications:
· Fresh graduate or sales experience in the laboratory testing or a related industry
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business-related field
Compensation and Benefits:
