Responsibilities
A smartphone seller's responsibilities may include:
• Selling: Using scripts to explain product features and benefits, and persuading customers to buy
• Customer service: Answering customer calls, dealing with complaints, and recording customer information
• Meeting sales goals: Going the extra mile to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales
• Record keeping: Keeping records of calls, sales, and other useful information
• Communication: Being an excellent communicator with superior people skills
• Pricing: Choosing selling prices wisely, and offering discounts on accessories to recover profit margin
Requirements
• Min SPM
• Fluent Bahasa & English
• Proven experience in sales development.
• Strong understanding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Ability to work independently as well as part a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using software tools for sales tracking and reporting.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
• Previous experience in upselling or cross-selling is highly desirable.
