Responsibilities

- To create and upkeep record/checklist of inventory items i.e. maintenance equipment/items in the company's filling system.

- To prepare and issue Purchase Order on procurement items as needed.

- To compile and submit complete documents for expense reimbursement claims to the finance/account department.

-To create, update and maintain database records i.e. operators info/contact list, emergency and/or key personnel contacts, etc.

-To check attendance records and handle Overtime (OT) summary/calculation for foreign workers.

- In Charge of Visitor Management System(VMS) Application matters, such as checking and verifying various application information ,including enters, updates and maintains accurate data of RFID requests in the VMS.

-To compile and generate monthly maintenance reports (i.e. landscaping, security, visitor management system, etc)

- To support Executive/Senior Manager by producing, modifying and/or distributing various forms, spreadsheets, manuals/handbooks, presentations, minutes of meeting and/or miscellaneous type-written information for operators.

- To attend inquiries/feedback' correspondence (via emails, messages and/or inbound call and report to Executive/Senior Manager for immediate action.

- To assist in planning in-house activities/programme and provide necessary support.

- To assist on ad hoc duties as and when assigned by Executive/ Senior Park Manager.

Requirements and skills

- Proven experience as an administrative office staff.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, In particular).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:
