Duties & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including opening, closing, cashiering, inventory checks, and restocking.
- Serve and assist walk-in customers, and handle online inquiries during operating hours.
- Complete assigned tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
Requirements
- Prior experience in pharmacy or customer service is preferred.
- Warm personality with excellent customer service skills and the ability to assist customers effectively.
- Willingness to learn, follow store policies, and work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays.
- Having a car for daily deliveries to neighboring areas is an advantage.
