RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to orders, deliveries, and products.
- Return & Refund Case Management: Manage return and refund cases from marketplaces (Shopee & Tiktok). Communicate with buyers and investigate all returned parcels. Make a decision for each case that leads to a win-win situation and minimizes the negative impacts.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Conduct sales forecasting and prepare restock lists to ensure optimal inventory level.
- Data Analysis: Analyse e-commerce data, including sales trends, customer behavior, and website traffic, to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Generate and analyse reports related to e-commerce performance, presenting findings and recommendations to management.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. Implement changes to enhance overall operations.
- Provide support for miscellaneous tasks as directed by the supervisor and perform additional responsibilities as needed.

REQUIREMENT
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Diploma in Business Administration, any related field, or equivalent.
- Ability to multitasking and prioritization.
- Self-motivated, positive, self-directed, and responsible.
- Knowledge in motorcycle field is an added advantage.
- Able to read & communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Familiar with online platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Work as a team, hardworking, willing to learn and challenge.

- Salary Range: RM2,400 – RM3,500
