Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and creative Content Creator to join our team and help build our brand through engaging, informative, and creative content across various platforms. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing and curating content for our website, social media channels, blogs, and other marketing materials. You will play a key role in shaping our brand voice and engaging with our audience. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to think strategically to produce content that resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative and engaging content for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, email newsletters, and more.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, etc.) to increase engagement and reach.
  • Create and edit short-form videos, promotional content, and other multimedia assets for social media and marketing campaigns.
  • Interact with followers, respond to comments, messages, and feedback across all platforms to foster a community.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor content to ensure that our content is relevant and fresh.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and campaigns that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Track and analyze content performance to optimize and improve future content strategies.
  • Work closely with other teams (marketing, design, product) to ensure content aligns with overall brand and business strategies.
  • Repurpose and optimize existing content to maximize its reach and effectiveness across different channels.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, graphic design or a related field (preferred).

Experience: 1-3 years of content creation experience or relevant experience in a digital marketing, media, or communications role.

Skills:

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and well-structured content.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Basic video editing skills (experience with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of SEO and best practices for creating optimized content.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate new content ideas.
  • Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
