Internship Opportunity: Support Position As an intern in the support team, you will gain hands-on experience in supporting enterprise-scale applications and systems, ensuring you build strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills while working with industry-standard software. The interns will have the opportunity to learn and practice the following: Support enterprise-scale applications: Assist in maintaining and supporting large-scale applications, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of issues. Perform system analysis and troubleshooting: Engage in system and database analysis, and provide technical solutions to fulfill support requests and resolve business issues. Ensure high-quality support solutions: Learn how to maintain high standards by ensuring all fixes are thoroughly tested, scalable, and meet the business’s operational needs. Application support expertise: Develop knowledge in supporting web applications and enterprise solutions built on Microsoft technologies such as .NET, C#, and Visual Studio, as well as troubleshooting .NET and Java-based applications. Assist in resolving technical issues: Participate in identifying and resolving technical issues across multiple applications, collaborating with developers and other team members. Learn essential technical skills: Gain proficiency in tools and technologies such as C#, MVC, ASP.NET, Javascript, MS SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS, among others, to build a comprehensive support skill set. Work in a collaborative environment: The interns will be guided and managed by senior team members, working closely with experienced professionals to resolve technical issues and improve their understanding of enterprise support operations.
