• Learn how to engage with customers to ensure their setup and usage are optimized. • Gain exposure to identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities alongside the Customer Success team. • Observe and assist in responding to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner. • Work with team members to understand the process of supporting customer renewals and expanding product usage. • Provide support in gathering insights and suggestions aimed at improving customer engagement with the platform. • Assist the Customer Success Executive and observe how to act as a secondary point of contact for customer support. Requirements: • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Administration, Management, or a related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn from various stakeholders. • Interest in technology and SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms. • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
