Software Developer (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

We are seeking a motivated and talented Software Developer to join our consulting team specializing in delivering process automation solutions, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath. As a key member of our team, you will develop software for both front-end and back-end systems, helping clients streamline their operations and improve efficiency. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a passion for technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and a desire to work in a client-facing consulting environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as you will collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement cutting-edge automation technologies. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement process automation solutions using tools like UiPath and custom software development (front-end and back-end). • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements for automation projects. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable automation solutions. • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code in Python and other programming languages as required. • Ensure seamless integration of automation solutions with existing systems. • Support the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) from concept to deployment. • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement for deployed solutions. • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Strong understanding of programming languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.) and software development (front-end and back-end). • Knowledge of RPA platforms like UiPath is a plus, but not mandatory. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and user requirements gathering skills. • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a strong desire to learn. • Good understanding of databases, APIs, and system integration. • Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus.
