Position Summary: The Sales Leader is responsible for meeting weekly and monthly sales targets while ensuring daily follow-ups with customers. This role focuses on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) in sales. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proactive in building customer relationships, and be committed to driving sales success. Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to: • Daily Approach customer Follow up potential customer Submit daily sales report (Yesterday Sales Lead) • Weekly Achieve weekly target set by management Submit weekly report (Total lead, Follow up lead, Customer grouping) • Monthly Number of leads, Planning sales target for next month • Must be able to hit weekly target set by management • Need to do daily follow up customer • Able to submit report before deadline • Know how to use computer • Have knowledge in using CRM System • Have good communication skills in order to make a good relationship with customer • Able to identify customer needs • Know how to match customer needs with Ella Furniture’s product • Know how to manage time (punctuality is a MUST) • Must be committed and proactive towards job responsibility • Manage to work well under pressure • To perform any other duties which may be assigned to you by your superior from time to time
