- Manage monthly accounts and daily administrative tasks.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Assist with secretarial duties, audits, and tax filings as needed.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls, mails, and courier consignments.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
- SPM leavers/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounting fields. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance role.
- Independent, proactive, good organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines are required.
- Responsible, with a good attitude, and willing to learn.
- Knowledge in bookkeeping or general accounting is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
