  • Manage monthly accounts and daily administrative tasks.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Assist with secretarial duties, audits, and tax filings as needed.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing calls, mails, and courier consignments.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
  • SPM leavers/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounting fields. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Proven experience in accounting or finance role.
  • Independent, proactive, good organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines are required.
  • Responsible, with a good attitude, and willing to learn.
  • Knowledge in bookkeeping or general accounting is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
