JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Plan, guide review and coordinate implementation of OSH management system in compliance with regulatory, corporate and standard equipment, including internal Audit Management review, workplace inspection, monitoring of corrective and preventive actions and maintenance of certification. 根据法规、公司和标准设施、指导审查和协调职业安全与卫生管理体系的实施，包括内部审计管理审查、工作场所检查、纠正和预防措施的监控以及认证证书的维护。 • To update any new regulations announced by Ministry of Labor and Human Resources and other authorities related to safety and health that are complying with the Company’s Safety & Health Management System. 更新人力资源部和其他与安全和健康有关的当局宣布的符合公司安全和健康管理体系的任何新规定。 • Monitoring and report on safety and health performance including hazard and risk management, reporting and investigation in incidents/accidents, dangerous accurance, occupational disease, safety audits and inspections. 监控和报告安全和健康绩效，包括危害和风险管理、事故/事故报告和调查、危险发生率、职业病、安全审计和检查。 • Facilitate and coordinate workplace safety and health committee meeting for organizing and implementation of safety activities to create occupational, safety and health awareness. 促进和协调工作场所安全和健康委员会会议，组织和实施安全活动，以提高职业、安全和健康意识。 • Organize, prepare, conduct and participate in training programs related to safety and health emergency response team. 组织、准备、实施和参与与安全和健康紧急反应小组相关的培训计划。 REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in OSH Management or Environmental Science, Engineering (Industrial), Engineer (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent with certification endorsed by JKKP/DOSH. 必须至少拥有专业证书、文凭、高级/高级/研究生文凭、学士学位、研究生文凭、职业安全与卫生管理或环境科学专业学位、工程（工业）、工程师（环境/健康/安全）或同等学历获得 JKKP/DOSH 认可的认证。 • Must be a Green Book Holder. 必须是Green Book持有者。 • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. 所需语言：马来文、英文。 • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 该职位需要至少2 年相关领域的工作经验。 • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint, computer literate and good interpersonal skills. 所需技能：MS Excel、MS Office、MS PowerPoint、电脑知识和良好的人际交往能力。 • Applicants must be willing to work in Muar. 申请人必须愿意在麻坡工作。 • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Health and Safety, Human Resource, Manufacturing/Operation of equivalent. 专业于从事健康与安全、人力资源、制造/运营等相关工作的高级管理人员将优先考虑。 • Able to interact well with all levels and committed to work. 能够与各个级别人员维持良好互动并致力于工作。 BENEFITS • 5-days work week 五天工作制 • KWSP (EPF) & SOCSO 公积金 及 社险 • Medical 医药福利 • Bonus 花红 • Annual leave, Marriage leave, Maternity / Paternity leave, and others 年假，婚假，产假/陪产假及其他 • Uniform provided (FOC) 免费提供制服 • Insurance 'Personal Accident' (serviced more than 3 years) 个人意外险 (服务超过3年) • Others 其他
