Covers overseas market Responsible for developing and increasing revenue. Undertake market research and observation to identify new business opportunities, define and execute business plans Responsible in formulating sales strategies to achieve penetration and revenue objectives, prepare sales forecast to achieve sustainable sales growth Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings if necessary Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives Searching opportunities in new or existing accounts, expanding business in a way that ensures profitability Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones Close and implement new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills Attending exhibitions, conferences, meetings, and industry events Activate inactive accounts through telemarketing effort and new strategies Generate sales leads from various sources, network, and referrals with different marketing strategies Work hand-in-hand with the Director to identify and evaluate new areas of growth JOB REQUIREMENTS:- Presentable, bold, tenacious, self-motivated & team player Flexible and creative in thinking & planning Entrepreneurial spirit is necessary for the individual to excel Strong Sales & Marketing mindset Good communication and presentation skills At least a Bachelor Degree holder with minimum 5 years of strategic planning experiences in the business development Possess positive "can-do" mindset and sales-driven attitude Able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions makers with value-added inputs into the organization business processes Qualitative thinking to quantitative analysis in order to reach and justify a strategic or tactical decision Able to use English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin in communication both speaking and writing. Mandarin is required due to dealing with customers/ clients Able to work independently and with a team knowledge in computing software (Microsoft Office) Possess own transport Willing to travel overseas if required
