Sales Executive

SCOPE OF WORKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES a. To attend to administrative duties, telemarketing, documentation, daily reports preparation for the Sales Manager b. To attend to project documentation, proposals, presentations and meeting preparation for the Project Manager c. Managing sales staff to ensure that responsibilities are done correctly d. Organize business documentation, catalogues, project files and other relevant information. e. Act as the liaisons officer between the company and external parties. f. Oversee work schedule of the sales department g. Other related job as assigned by the management for internal improvement Others : Customer sales and service requirements Promote company and products to relevant parties
