Sheet Metal

1. Utilize and interpret blueprints to determine how and where to fabricate, assemble and install sheet metal product. 2. Measure, mark dimensions and lay out material to be installed using tools such as scribes, rulers, calculators and squares 3. Able to interpret and understand technical drawings. 4. Use hand and power tools to trim, buff, smooth, file and grind metal surfaces and joints of parts that have been assembled to ensure safety and a seamless appearance 5. Select the appropriate type and gauge of sheet metal to be used in projects according to specifications 6. Ensure safety is a priority on the job during all activities. 7. Must be able to understand and follow Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance standard ( GD&T) 8. Able to set up and control in a fast pace environment. 9. Able to work on rotating shift and multitask. 10. Must be able to comply to the measuring methods and equipment used for in process measurements. 11. Able to work as a team. 12. Meeting qualities standards and maintaining the tight tolerances. 13. Must be able to take instruction from his / or her superior. 14. To follow and maintain process time to achieve given targets 15. Must be able to upkeep clean work area and organize and proper care of company’s property. 16. Follow all company rules and polices. 17. To perform machine autonomous machine maintenance daily. 18. Responsible for in process check to maintain a high level of quality and efficiency.
