ACCOUNT 1. Prepare and process monthly supplier payments, payment voucher and related accounting document and ensure all transactions are completed accurately and on time. 2. Enter financial and accounting data into SQL software, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to the system. 3. Responsible for handling petty cash include distributing the cash and collecting receipts for all purchases or any uses of the funds with appropriate accounting entries. 4. Maintain comprehensive and organized accounting records, including invoices, receipts, and other financial documents, in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. 5. Perform monthly reconciliations of financial accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate reporting. 6. Assist in the preparation of regular financial reports, including expenditure tracking, budget forecasts, and variances. 7. Provide general assistance to the finance department in various day-to-day accounting tasks. 8. Support month-end and year-end close process. INVENTORY 1. Ensure every single transaction of incoming and/or outgoing material from the store is recorded systematically. 2. Conduct physical stock audits on a regular basis as advised by the Management. 3. To plan housekeeping activities and maintain cleanliness of the company store. 4. Maintain detailed records of inventory, inspections and keeping a good record. ADMIN 1. Ensure all utilities payments, including rental and bills, are paid and update in a timely manner. 2. Review and process claims submitted by Directors, ensuring accuracy, timely reimbursement, and compliance with company policies. 3. Support HR payroll activities for site workers such as maintaining employees' attendance records, OT calculation, claims and allowances. 4. Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
