Warehouse Admin

Responsibilities: •Maintain accurate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and records of shipments, and inventory counts. •Liaise with various departments such as transportation teams/companies to coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments. •Communicate with superiors to address any warehouse-related issues or improvements. •Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management. Requirements: •Possess at least SPM and above. •At least 1 year of experience in warehouse management or a similar role. •Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures. •Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. •Proficiency in using warehouse software and MS Office applications. •Strong attention to detail and accuracy. •Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and local dialects.
