System Analyst

Key Responsibilities: System Analysis and Design: Analyze business processes and identify system requirements. Design system workflows, diagrams, and data models to address business needs. Evaluate and recommend software, hardware, and IT solutions. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. System Implementation: Work with developers and technical teams to implement system changes. Test new systems and updates to ensure functionality and compliance with requirements. Provide support during system integration and deployment phases. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve system-related issues. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements. Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with IT, business teams, and vendors to ensure system compatibility and user satisfaction. Prepare reports, documentation, and user manuals for systems. Conduct training sessions for end-users. Key Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience as a System Analyst or similar role. Familiarity with system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. Technical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing and designing IT systems. Experience with databases, software development tools, and system integration. Knowledge of programming languages is a plus (e.g., SQL, Java, or Python). Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills: Experience with ERP systems or cloud-based solutions. Knowledge of Agile or Scrum frameworks. Understanding of data modeling and business process mapping. Work Environment: Hybrid/Remote options available based on organizational needs.
