EHS EXECUTIVE

• Plan, review and implement OSHA policies and programs • Advise and lead employees on various safety-related topics. • Prepare educational seminars and webinars on a regular basis • Set up of safety committee and emergency respond team (ERT) • Ensure all employee adhere to all the OSHA rules and regulations • Responsible for new employee on-boarding process for safety • Conduct risk assessment (HIRAC) and routine safety inspection. • Involved in various audits, internal, external and certification and recommend continuous improvement. • Prepare, investigate and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causes to the management • Ensure vendors working on the property are in compliance with company policies and safety requirements. • Liaise with local authorities on accident report, licensing and inspection. E.g, JTK, Bomba, DOSH, DOE, KPNDHEP, SPKA, MBJB, Perkeso • Liaise with Archtect for factory floor plan update. • HSE system data entry including documentation and writing procedures. • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management or supervisors.
