Operations cum Marketing Executive

Responsibilities · Research and generate lists of potential customers. · Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. · Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/ potential customers to meet their needs. · Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. · Achieve agreed upon sales targets ad outcomes within schedule. · Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities & potential for new products and services. · Maintain accurate sales records. Requirements · Possessed Degree/ Diploma in Business, Marketing or Supply Chain Management · Proven work experience as a Sales Representative preferably in supermarket retails industry. · Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. · Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills. · Possess own transport with valid driving license. · Good command in English and able to speak Mandarin and local dialect (Hakka, Hokkien) will be an added advantage.
