Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer with a background in the palm oil mill and refinery industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects meet technical specifications, budgets, and timelines. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members. Key Responsibilities: Manage On-Site Construction Activities: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction on-site to ensure smooth operations. Project Planning and Scheduling: Update the Project Manager on the planning and progress of construction activities to ensure alignment with project timelines. Supervise Projects: Ensure that projects are executed according to technical specifications, within budget, and on time. Resource Management: Manage manpower and materials on-site to optimize efficiency and productivity. Reporting: Attend site meetings, engage in discussions, and prepare timely and accurate reports on project status. Client Engagement: Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met. Ensure Smooth Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of construction activities, addressing any issues that arise promptly and effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Extensive experience in the palm oil mill and refinery industry. Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
