Video Editing & Production -Edit and assemble raw footage, including color grading, sound mixing, and visual effects. -Work with the creative team to develop scripts, storyboards, and creative briefs. -Ensure all video content aligns with our brand's visual and tonal guidelines. -Content Creation -Generate ideas and create multimedia content across platforms (social media, website, etc.). -Develop engaging visual stories that align with marketing objectives. -Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content meets the needs of target audiences. -Social Media Management -Edit short-form videos for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) -Optimize content for each platform’s specific format and audience -Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into content strategy. -Project Management -Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and coordinating with other team members. -Organize and maintain video files, ensuring assets are stored and archived properly. -Innovation & Improvement -Stay updated with video editing software, new technologies, and content creation trends. -Test new formats, editing techniques, and visual styles to improve content quality and engagement.
