What You’ll Do: Source, interview, and assess Mandarin-speaking candidates Match talent with fantastic career opportunities Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and effective hiring processes KEY REQUIREMENTS: • Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma. • Fluency in Mandarin and English (Able to read, write and speak) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • A strong interest in recruitment and HR • Min 1-3 years of Recruitment experience with hands on working for BPO or volume hiring. Open for Fresh Graduates who are willing to be trained as Recruiter, can apply. KEY RESPONSIBILITY: • Achieve staffing objectives by sourcing the right candidates for the open and critical positions. • Maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are fulfilled. • Screening candidates as per Job description and Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with Hiring managers. • Source potential candidates from databases, internal / social media platforms and employee referral programs. • Advertise job openings on Manpower Group careers page, social media, job boards.. • Take ownership of candidate experience by managing the overall recruitment process. • Screening, hiring, and selection to be done in accordance with defined process and guidelines. • Responsible to comply with Manpower Group internal process while fulfilling requirements from Clients. • Conduct, coordinate and follow up on the interview process and provide timely feedback to candidates on the progress and outcome of interview. • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and salary negotiation with candidates (If required). • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices. • Provide periodic recruitment reports to respective stake holders
