The Sales Manager is responsible for managing the sales operations for Aqina Poultry, Pineapple, and Ananas products across AA Pharmacy and general trade channels. Position Title : Sale Manager (General Trade) Division/Department : Sales Salary Range : up to RM12,000 (Basic + Commission) 4. Principal Accountabilities (What are the main areas in which this job must get end results in order to achieve its purpose) 1 Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets in AA Pharmacy and general trade channels, driving growth across poultry, pineapple, and ananas products. 2 Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, engaging key accounts with business plans and driving growth through promotions and targeted activities. Negotiate trading terms and pricing to align with company goals. 3 Oversee order management, from processing purchase orders to coordinating delivery schedules with the logistics team. Support Finance in collection efforts and assist with account matching or dispute resolution as needed. 4 Implement and manage sales and marketing plans, including product merchandising, launches, promotions, and event participation to maximize visibility and engagement with target customers. 5 Collaborate with interdepartmental teams, such as Marketing, Inventory, and Logistics, to ensure effective operations and seamless supply chain processes. 6 Conduct market surveys and competitive analysis to provide valuable insights and inform strategic decisionmaking. Report findings to management to adjust sales approaches as needed. 7 Perform any additional duties or assignments as directed by management to support overall business objectives.
