Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Career Coach Trainer to deliver both online and offline workshops to clients. You will help clients with resume writing, interview skills, LinkedIn branding, and career development. HR & Recruitment Expertise: Share insights from your HR and recruitment experience, helping clients understand hiring processes and what employers are looking for. Monitoring & Evaluation: Track client progress, collect feedback, and adjust training as needed to ensure success. Logistics & Admin: Coordinate and manage scheduling for online and in-person workshops. Ensure training materials and resources are ready for each session. Job Requirements: Minimum of 4 years in HR and recruitment. Experience as a trainer or career coach is a must. Train-the-Trainer certification or similar qualification. Strong knowledge of resume writing, interview preparation, and LinkedIn branding. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Comfortable with online training platforms (e.g., Zoom). Ability to create and deliver training materials (e.g., PowerPoint). Desired Qualities: Passionate about helping others succeed in their careers. Strong organizational and time management skills.
