Career Coach Trainer

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Career Coach Trainer to deliver both online and offline workshops to clients. You will help clients with resume writing, interview skills, LinkedIn branding, and career development. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR and recruitment (minimum 4 years) and be skilled in creating and delivering training programs. Train-the-Trainer certification is required. Key Responsibilities: Training Delivery: Conduct online and offline workshops on resume writing, interview skills, LinkedIn branding, and career development. Provide hands-on coaching to clients, helping them improve their resumes and interview techniques. Course Creation: Develop training programs and materials (syllabus, slides, handouts) tailored to client needs. Keep content updated to reflect current job market trends. Client Support: Offer individual coaching and feedback to clients on their career-related challenges. Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage their success. HR & Recruitment Expertise: Share insights from your HR and recruitment experience, helping clients understand hiring processes and what employers are looking for. Monitoring & Evaluation: Track client progress, collect feedback, and adjust training as needed to ensure success. Logistics & Admin: Coordinate and manage scheduling for online and in-person workshops. Ensure training materials and resources are ready for each session. Job Requirements: Minimum of 4 years in HR and recruitment. Experience as a trainer or career coach is a must. Train-the-Trainer certification or similar qualification. Strong knowledge of resume writing, interview preparation, and LinkedIn branding. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Comfortable with online training platforms (e.g., Zoom). Ability to create and deliver training materials (e.g., PowerPoint). Desired Qualities: Passionate about helping others succeed in their careers. Strong organizational and time management skills.
