Student Recruitment

• Plan and carry out all sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction through appropriate solutions to boost recruitment effort and profitability. • Present, promote and sell AeU products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling. • Provide advice, guidance, and information on admission/enrolment requirements to prospective and existing students on the university’s courses. • Maintain consistent contact with students throughout the enrolment process and achieve defined sales objectives. • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends, including market study and analysis. Job Requirements  Possess diploma, BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing or relevant fields.  Two years of experience as a sales executive or similar role.  Preferably someone who can speak Mandarin.  Knowledge in the sales force is a plus.  MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).  Able to multi-task.  Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.  Great interpersonal and communication skills.  Team player with good time management.
