Must have a good command of writing good English vocab, able to write professional and accurate service reports Must be able to use existing technical knowledge to edit and rewrite field service and workshop service / calibration reports to the required level of accuracy and quality which do not require management review prior to submitting to customers Needs to obtain a higher level of technical knowledge and deliver maintenance schedules. Develop and create standard service job templates that show each individual job task, time required to complete each task, manpower and tooling required, safety / permitting requirements, the order in which each individual task is the be performed as part of an overhaul project Able to work alone and with minimal supervision or support. Daily tracking of the progress of each job against the project schedule in MS Projects, identify in a timely manner and notify our engineers / technicians, when a service job falls behind schedule. Comunication with all levels customer, prepare quotation and manage tender.
