Clubhouse Assistant

Role Overview: The incumbent will be primarily responsible for upholding the clubhouse's cleanliness and organisation, managing facility utilisation, and assisting in event setup, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all members and guests. Concurrently, the position mandates supervision of play pace, assistance to golfers, and enforcement of course regulations to ensure a seamless and pleasurable golfing experience. Key Responsibilities: - Uphold cleanliness and organisation of the clubhouse, encompassing restrooms and communal areas. - Aid in the arrangement and disassembly of events or meetings. - Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests, addressing inquiries and concerns. - Monitor play pace and oversee course flow. - Aid golfers with on-course issues and offer guidance on course regulations. - Address and resolve conflicts or issues arising on the course. - Guarantee the safety and enjoyment of all players. Qualifications: - Preferably possess previous experience in customer service or a related capacity. - Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - Demonstrate aptitude for independent and collaborative work. - Embody a friendly, professional demeanour and an enthusiasm for golf. - Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia communication. - Possess computer proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Fundamental comprehension of golf course operations is advantageous.
