Key Responsibilities: 1) Supervise daily operations of the cafe, ensuring efficient service and a high standard of food and beverage quality. 2) Train, mentor, and schedule cafe staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. 3) Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to enhance guest satisfaction. 4) Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and presentation. 5) Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. 6) Implement and enforce health and safety regulations and cleanliness standards. 7) Assist in developing and promoting special events or menu items to attract customers. 8) Manage cash handling and sales reporting, ensuring accuracy in transactions. 9) Maintain an organized and welcoming cafe environment, addressing any maintenance issues promptly.
