Senior Software Engineer

• This position is responsible to provide system feasibility study, design, development and maintenance of system using Java Language to build J2EE web application and has the full understanding of web security standard to apply in the coding and testing , and also able to develop code and store procedure using Oracle PLSQL and report builder. • • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • • Enhancement existing system • • Assist immediate superior on feasibility & preliminary study on user requirements and provide recommendation. • • Enforce SDLC in every assigned task • • Provide impact assessment on every assigned task. • • Ensure the progress of development within the Requirement Traceability Matrix • • Provide Quality Assurance Testing, ensure the changes made are meeting the specified • requirements. • • Peer code review • • Prepare necessary documentation (Functional specification, Technical specification) for future • reference. • • Provide technical support on applications to ensure system availability. • • Report to immediate superior on the progress and status of assigned tasks • • Decision making with SA, Project Manager, Team Leaders to decide best solution / approach method • • Provide immediate support and input to superior during production issue / incident • • Attend training and provide training to team members where applicable • • Knowledge transfer of essential projects to team members • • Ensure tasks/projects assigned able to be delivering within the agreed scope and quality, and timeline. • • Work with infrastructure and IT security team to improve system capability. • • Responsible for system testing or system integration testing for the system changes performed and ensures proper test plan and unit test document maintained. 2.REQUIREMENTS: • JDK 1.8 and above • J2ee 1.7 and above • Web Logic 10.3.6 and above • EJB • Servlets • Oracle 19g and above • Oracle PL/SQL
