Factory Operator

- Operate machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. - Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met and production targets are achieved. - Conduct regular inspections of machinery, equipment, and production areas to identify any issues or maintenance needs. - Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed, escalating larger issues to maintenance technicians or supervisors. - Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the factory floor, including cleaning machinery and work areas. - Document production activities, including production counts, downtime, and quality checks, accurately and timely. - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and targets. - Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
