IT Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead our IT department. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the IT infrastructure, managing the IT team, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: • IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and support of all IT systems, including servers, networks, and software applications. • Manage and mentor the IT team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a high level of competence and productivity. • Implement and maintain security protocols to protect company data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. • Develop and execute the IT strategy in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives. Identify and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. • Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and optimizing resources. • Negotiate and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services. • Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of IT system failures or other emergencies. • Lead and manage IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations, ensuring timely and successful completion. • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve complex IT issues. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully leading IT teams and managing IT projects. • Proficiency in network administration, server management, and IT security practices. Experience with cloud services, virtualization, ERP systems and etc. • Strong leadership and team management abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative approach.
