IT Executive (Retail)

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILTIES: Provide first level support for IT operations including IT Systems and equipment in the company outlets and office users, including PC/Laptop, Point Of Sales system, printer, CCTV, footfall analysis, and internet networking. Deliver quality response service daily and ensured that any issues are logged, prioritized and resolved within the agreed timeframe. Networking and System Troubleshooting needed Provide proactive technical support to prevent errors re-occurring. Follow up and keep everyone concerned about the progress of incidents/cases. To perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Familiar in Retail IT Operations is an added advantage. Able to work in a fast pace working environment. Dedicated and result oriented under a tight schedule. Able to work independently and with minimum supervision. Sound decision-making skills and the ability to plan and prioritise. Capable to work well as part of a team and to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices. It is preferable to possess personal transportation, specifically a car. Willing to work or remain on standby outside of regular office hours or during public holidays. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Strong listening, presentation and decision-making skills. Willing to travel locally or overseas when required. Willing to work in Damansara Heights
