Position : Offshore Business Manager Location: KL Midvalley City Responsibilities: Broker Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for offshore brokers in China, Thailand, and ASEAN countries. Coordinate daily activities, address broker inquiries, and maintain consistent communication to support business objectives. Broker Training & Development: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for brokers to enhance their knowledge of our products, services, and the regulatory landscape. Ensure brokers are well-equipped to deliver quality advisory services. Business Support: Provide ongoing support to offshore brokers, including guidance on client management, problem resolution, and alignment with company goals and standards. Collaborate to resolve any issues promptly to maintain strong broker relations. Market Analysis & Strategy: Monitor market trends and competitor activities within China, Thailand, and ASEAN. Recommend strategies for enhancing our business operations and adapting to regional market dynamics. Compliance & Regulatory Awareness: Ensure all offshore brokers are compliant with both local regulations and Singaporean standards. Educate and advise brokers on regulatory updates that may impact their work. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams in Singapore, such as compliance, distribution, and business development, to align offshore activities with the company’s objectives. Requirements: Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential. Proficiency in reading Mandarin is crucial for supporting our brokers in China. Experience: Proven experience in business management, financial advisory, or a related field, preferably with exposure to offshore markets in China, Thailand, and ASEAN. Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster productive relationships with offshore brokers and internal stakeholders. Location: Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with potential travel across the ASEAN region as required. Remuneration packages: Basic: RM 6000+ Commission EPF, SOCSO, EIS Benefit: 1.
