Duties : Oversee the preparation and revision of contract that involve the purchase of sale of goods and services. Oversee proposal planning and administration of contracts. Prepare contract briefs and revision summarizing contractual requirements and budgets. Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes, amendments, payment schedule. Ensure that contract is in compliance with legal requirements, owner specifications and government regulations. Requirement: Bachelor Degree in Business Management or Accountancy or any related field. At least 1 year work experience. Have negotiation & communications skills.
