Technical Executive

• Supervise and coordinate the reclaiming/loading of fly ash (FA) and bottom ash (BA) from TNBJ for all parties involved including TNBJ itself, TCB, TCSB, transporter, etc. • Ensure that all parties involved in reclaiming, transporting & receiving of FA & BA adhere to proper control such as following relevant SOP, sealing tags, safety & health, housekeeping, etc. • Proper management of FA & BA silos including reporting and managing the silos level to avoid the possibility of ash being transfer to ash pond. • Oversee the management of ash pond activities including to ensure it being manage as required, reclaiming of ash, reporting abnormal or incident, etc. • Ensure all relevant equipment/machinery involve in ash management such as weighbridge, being properly maintain, calibrate, etc throughout routine inspection. • Reporting all incident that have direct or indirect effect to the reclaimazation of FA & BA such as TNBJ shutdown, FA silo breakdown. Weighbridge breakdown, etc. and monitoring the progress closely. • Ensure proper tracking, scheduling and communication of ash delivered to TCB & TCSB by update, coordinate and liaise with relevant parties involve such as TNBJ, TCB. TCSB, transporter, etc. • Control the operation cost to at its optimum by ensuring now wastage including control of overtime, optimum control on ash pong management, etc. • To observe & adhere to company’s policies and procedure at all times. • To adhere to Safety, Health & Environment procedures in all aspects of work. • To adhere to quality management requirements such as ISO, Total Quality Management, 5S, QPP, Poka Yoke and other company implemented quality standards. • To carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time by the superiors.
