THERMAL & FLUID SYSTEM TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities: System Design and Development: • Design and develop thermal and fluid systems that meet performance, safety, and reliability requirements. • Perform system simulations and analyses, including CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and FEA (Finite Element Analysis), to predict system behavior. • Select appropriate materials and components for thermal and fluid applications. System Analysis and Optimization: • Conduct thermal and fluid flow analysis to optimize system efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and improve system longevity. • Identify and implement solutions to minimize thermal losses, improve heat dissipation, and ensure proper flow. Testing and Validation: • Develop and oversee test plans to validate design parameters and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. • Analyze test data, troubleshoot performance issues, and implement corrective actions. • Collaborate with testing teams to improve testing methodologies. Technical Documentation and Support: • Prepare detailed documentation, including system specifications, design reports, testing protocols, and operating procedures. • Provide technical support for manufacturing and assembly teams to ensure proper implementation of thermal and fluid systems. • Support field operations and provide troubleshooting assistance as required. Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in thermal and fluid systems design, analysis, or testing. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks), simulation tools and data analysis tools. • Analytical Skills: Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer principles. • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve complex issues in system design and performance. • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively document processes and collaborate with other teams • Experience handling thermic Oils heater 2.0
