Recruitment Executive, Petaling Jaya

We are looking for a competent Recruitment Executive to support the Recruitment Department. The person will be the one to work with clients and ensure quality candidate is sourced and placed for interview as per the requirement from client. Recruitment Executive must be quick professionals with great time-management and multitasking abilities. The goal is to contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned duties are carried on timely and efficiently. The person will also be responsible in dealing with senior personnel from government bodies, regulatory and Industry associations, private and public institution of higher learning and speaking with all levels of individuals from SMEs, MNCs and Public listed companies. Eloquence and maturity is highly required. Responsibilities 1. Source candidates as per required by the clients using authorized portals. 2. Handle candidates with professionalism and courtesy. 3. Maintain records of all candidates, especially resume & CV 4. Willing to work with minimum supervision and a team player. 5. Attend meetings and keep minutes 6. Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate 7. Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure 8. Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible 9. Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
