Site Safety Supervisor

Job Responsibilities Monitor, evaluate, and review EHS policy, systems and practices, make improvement recommendations and implement new policies and procedures as required in line with corporate requirements; Sharing information, suggestions, and observations with project leadership to create consistency in safety standards throughout the production team and the entire company; Conduct inspections/audits for potential safety hazards and area of improvement, as well as safety inspection to assess employee compliance with safety regulations; Assist to conduct safety inductions/trainings to employees and workers; Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions; Provides project management team with guidance on health and safety and confirm project site fulfills industry, local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations; Maintaining liaison with relevant authorities and interested parties related to EHS. Job Requirement Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Science / Engineering (Environmental / Health / Safety) or in any related disciplines; Hold Yellow Book (SHO) for at least 2 years; Experience in Construction (High rise) industry; Well-versed and compliant with EHS laws; Able to communicate with government authorities; Able to work in a stressful and fast paced environment and have sense of urgency to respond to all relevant parties within stipulated timeline.
