STOREKEEPER/ MATERIAL CONTROLS BATU KAWAN

Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts Control all incoming and outgoing materials, checking as per DO. Checking materials for damage, etc before endorsing on receipt. To raise the necessary reports in the event of materials shortages/excess material or damaged Develop and upkeep of the project correspondence related to receiving and outgoing of materials. Ensuring all in incoming and outgoing materials documentation are recorded and updated regularly. -Constantly monitor and track material availability based on project requirements and highlight to respective Engineers on stock shortage (if any). -Ensure smooth transactions with related parties i.e Engineers, Sub-con and Main-Con on their request in relation to materials -Provide relevant information, such as finished goods description, quantity, dimension and weight for delivery order preparation. -Coordinate with logistic executive/ project engineer for finished or partially finished goods to vendor/customer. -Work hand in hand with QC inspector to verify the incoming material/ free issue material comply as per mill cert/ DO. -Packing arrangement of finished goods by preparing packing list, wooden crate size determination and other not mentioned packing activities that lead by project engineer. -Complete task assigned by superior and performing other relevant duties when needed.
