Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Management: Design engaging visuals using Canva and CapCut. Basic knowledge of Photoshop is an advantage. Upload and schedule videos and photos on all company social media platforms. Customer Engagement: Demonstrate excellent closing skills to secure deals with walk-in and WhatsApp customers. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Administrative Tasks: Use Microsoft Word and Excel to manage documents and spreadsheets. Apply basic Excel formulas, such as SUM, for data management. Handle paperwork, including recording sales and purchases for tax submissions. Submit and manage orders from suppliers. Shop Maintenance: Ensure the shop is clean and organized at all times. Qualifications: Proficiency in Canva and CapCut. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Detail-oriented and organized.
