We prefer men for this position. Having working experience in the Shipbuilding Industry is preferable. The salary is negotiable with a minimum of RM2200.00 to RM2500.00 per month. Project Coordination Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure that the project runs smoothly and meets deadlines. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment with project timelines, requirements, and standards. Coordinate scheduling and monitor work progress to avoid delays. Resource Management Arrange for equipment, materials, and tools needed on-site and manage their inventory. Ensure that all resources are utilized effectively and efficiently to prevent wastage or shortages. Organize site logistics, including deliveries, storage, and placement of materials. Quality Control Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations. Identify and report any issues that may affect quality, providing solutions as needed to mitigate risks. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, coordinating adjustments where necessary. Safety and Compliance Enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment and adherence to OSHA or local safety regulations. Conduct safety briefings and regular checks to identify hazards and ensure safe practices on-site. Maintain accurate records of incidents or accidents and facilitate safety training as required. Documentation and Reporting Maintain daily logs and records of project activities, progress, and any issues encountered. Prepare reports for project managers and stakeholders to provide updates on site status, progress, and any challenges. Manage and organize site documentation, including permits, inspection reports, and project records. Stakeholder Communication Serve as the primary on-site contact for project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Provide timely communication to keep all parties informed of project developments and resolve on-site issues. Liaise with client representatives as needed to address concerns and provide updates on site progress. Problem-Solving Quickly address any site issues, delays, or disruptions, finding practical solutions to maintain productivity. Work with project managers to adjust plans as needed to overcome site challenges without compromising quality or timelines.
