  • Responsible for maintaining the company's data center, ensuring that records, documents, and file management are timely and organized.
  • Liaise with relevant government departments, including applying for and renewing business licenses, trademarks, permits, and handling utility matters such as water and electricity.
  • Assist in managing lease contracts, including timely renewals and coordination of leasing-related matters.
  • Assist with company insurance, including renewals and handling claims (if any).
  • Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings and appointments, managing office and pantry supplies, and coordinating business travel arrangements.
  • Communicate with internal and external personnel at all levels to handle administrative matters.
  • Complete other tasks and ad hoc duties assigned by superiors.
  • The candidate should have at least a diploma or a bachelor's degree, preferably in business management or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
  • Must maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate honesty and integrity in work execution.
  • Attention to detail is crucial to ensure high accuracy in tasks.
  • Flexible with strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and managing time effectively.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin are required.
  • Proficient in computer use with a good command of office software.
