IT EXECUTIVE

Manage the IT staff, providing guidance and direction as needed. • Develop and implement IT strategies and plans to support the company's goals and objectives. • Ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems and applications. • Manage and maintain the company's servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure. • Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the company's data and systems. • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues as needed. • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of IT products and services. • Develop and manage the IT budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost saving opportunities. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve IT processes and increase efficiency. • To provide hardware and software support to all type of end users, include installing and configuration step. • Maintain and manage all the IT hardware and any license product. • Secure/maintain server and database. Implement backup and recovery of company's data and information. • Prepare user guides, technical manuals and provide training to end user. • Liaise and work together with IT vendors for system upgrade and troubleshooting. • Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
