Account Executive

Responbilities • Accounting and Management Reporting • Provide accounting data for the preparation of Project Management,financial and cash reporting requirements (as well as other management report as the need arises) • Prepare fully reconciled Trial Balance and actively follow-up reconciling items • Administration of project creditors,debtors,bank account and petty cash • Ensure accounting processes accurately capture and record transactions • Administer the processing of payments,preparing and entering journals / adjustments including ensuring they are properly supported • Project / Accounting systems • Assist in the supervision and administration of project accounting systems • Maintenance Autocount • To ensure documentation follow ISO 17025 : 2017 • Budget,expenses project compiling and analysing • Maintaining a database of contact information • Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their need
